It may operate like a wetting and dispersing agent supporting insoluble particles such as shade pigments or inorganic sunscreens (zinc/titanium dioxide) to disperse pleasant and also in liquids.  I also like this is in the tub, I do have some oil cleansers with a pump that get the job done excellent, but I have a tendency to part out sound cle
